a quickie for my classy b's

Everyone always says it's the little things that make a difference, but what do you gauge as little or large? And most times don't the large things turn into a lot of great little things? I'm sick of hearing people say "I enjoy the small things in life." Whose to say that those small things aren't big things to others?

As I was getting dressed this morning afternoon, I was excited to wear my newly acquired skirt paired with leggings and boots (due to the lack of proper spring weather). I was thinking about what would work best together considering my color scheme and realized that I had a purple sweater that would fit perfectly. As I put on my purple sweater over a black tank, I also put on a smile. The fact that I could combine the old and the new of my closet to make a one of a kind, fresh ensemble made me truly joyful. I was acquiring new pieces and keeping the old, my silver and gold combined to make a never before seen element.

Now, would this be a small or big thing? At the moment, I saw it as small, but then when I considered all that my outfit would endure throughout the day, I saw it as big :)

    That's a fantastic line. Let's start a lifestyle magazine.
